We assembled the retail, corporate, and business knowledge first, and the industry knowledge second, and then opened a retail store in 1986. I’ve been a HIGHLY satisfied customer for over 6 years. I bought a hot tub from them, and they oversaw the build and install of my I ground pool. They open and close my pool every year. They are SUPER responsive to questions and concerns. They test my water for free and customize the water balance requirements to keep everything crystal clear. When I’ve had problems with products from manufacturers they’ve been tremendously helpful in facilitating warranty coverage and prorated replacements. Their entire team is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, generous, professional, I could go on and on. They are the best! I’d recommend pool and patio to EVERYONE!

Kevin was helpful in diagnosing the problem with my number one motor. I bought a replacement at full price $743 including tax attached the wire credited me the diagnostic on the motor 50 bucks and when I got home I installed it all seem fine, but it seems like the vent fitting was larger on the new motor than the old motor so I was not able to complete the installation without going to a hardware store at bit disappointing.
Top notch, fast acting service. Our 7 year old tub developed an overheating issue which can be expected with aging equipment and not reflective of quality or the manufacturer. We called Pool & Patio for a service call. They arrived within 24 hours to diagnose & fix the issue. Their tech, Jeremy, was extremely professional, very knowledgable & thorough with explaining how and why the issue developed. He offered a few cost effective resolutions without any pressure. We were open to his advice on how to stay ahead of the next potential issue that would inevitably arise. It just made economic sense to pay a little bit more today in order to save $500 later on. Even on routine maintenance calls, the techs are ALWAYS professional, on time and respectable of customers property. We stay loyal to this company because they're consistently great in what they do. A+
